ACA Kitchens & Joinery provides custom kitchen design, joinery, and furniture services. All services are subject to availability, project feasibility, and final agreement.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change based on materials, design revisions, or site conditions.
Final pricing will be confirmed in a formal agreement before work begins.

3. Project Process

Projects commence only after written approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.
Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to material availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site access and information.

4. Payments

A deposit is required before any work begins.
Progress payments may be invoiced based on milestones or timelines.
Full payment is required upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations before material orders or labour commencement may be eligible for partial refund.
Refunds are not available once fabrication or installation has begun.
Any custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable.

6. Warranties

We offer a warranty on workmanship and installation in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications void warranty.

7. Website Use
